We understand that there are times when you miss/ need to reschedule your appointments due to emergencies or other obligations with family or work, however if 12hr notice is not given prior to a missed / cancellation you will incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
Private patients – 70% of scheduled appointment Fee
Third party appointments – Full rates will apply.
